• Airparks Drop and Go Check in very smooth and directions sent very helpful. Return bus waiting when we arrived (flight delayed). Key retrieval was simple with instructions that car was in row K. However after walking up and down with bags (it was after midnight) my car was not there. Found it on by chanceway to office in row 3 !!! Reported error to staff who said they could only apologise and it said front row 3 on key ticket which I had not looked at as machine had said row K . The scribble on ticket was not clear either. Apart from that a good experience.

• Airparks Drop and Go The entire process of parking was very smooth and easy. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful. On our return, the collection of our car was very simple, easy and well organised. The only negative comment is that the car was a bit dirty, may be due dust from the local traffic from on Motor Way M1. Otherwise we are very impressed with excellent service.

• Airparks Drop and Go We always park at Airparks Luton having booked through BCP and have never had a problem, My only comment is that perhaps the driver of the bus coming back could have asked passengers with small baggage to put them on the top baggage shelf so later passengers do not have to struggle trying to lift 20kg of case onto the top shelf.

  Be careful when entering postcode into sat nav as we ended up on the other side of Luton, make sure you enter Slip End in the address

• Airparks Drop and Go Staff were helpful on drop off but non existant at pick up. Tag had space on it for recording vehicle damage check, mileage, fuel level and driver signature, non of which were filled out. Had trouble getting out of the exit barrier as it was not clear that you had to use the bar code on the tag, which was attached to the keys in the ignition, to open it. More information would have been useful to prevent queue forming behind and resulting stress. This feedback is intened to improve your service as I would park with you again.
