My 'oldies' anxiety about how the technology would work on arrival were needless though I was a bit confused about the exit gate - as you must know, the ticket is not made for the size of slot.But overall, having used them before, I like Airparks.

  Only criticism is that on our outward journey, there were too many people to fit in the warm shelter. Maybe an extra/earlier bus was necessary.

• Airparks Drop and Go Improve directions to the Car Park coming off M1 from the North, we met several people driving around lost.

• Airparks Drop and Go The key recovery machine was 'down' when we arrived back. Apparently due to a computer glitch. It tool a while to sort out - only one member of staff was available despite her calling for assistance to help open-up the machines and retrieve keys manually (for about 40 cars!). She did her best but all-in-all about a 15 minute delay getting away. Frustrating after a long day travelling.
