• Airparks Drop and Go Our car was not ready for collection and I was told that I had booked the wrong time. When I checked my receipt I had booked in two cars both for collection by 1am which was the correct time. One car was there and ready and one car wasn't meaning we had to wait a further half an hour before being able to drive home then when we tried to leave the car park the barrier wouldn't open.
  Not the best experience and wouldn't be in a rush to use this service again.

• Airparks Drop and Go I recently parked my car with you (Luton) from 4th June to 10th June (booking ref. I9DAX). Upon leaving the car park and attempting to plug in my sat nav, I realised that the power cable had been switched and was no longer the correct cable for my device leaving me unable to use my Sat Nav to return home. In addition, there were two holders in my car, neither of which being the correct one.
  I am absolutely appalled by this as I am now left without a functioning Sat Nav.

• Airparks Drop and Go Such a good set up, we always use Airparks and it is consistently good. Well organised and hassle free. The only thing that is so noticeable is the complete lack of help with bags from the driver when you are struggling with kids/bags and holding up the queue unlike when you are abroad and the drivers help load the luggage. But will always use Airparks as this is not a deal breaker!
