• Airparks Drop and Go When I arrived I realised I had made a mistake on initial booking (7 days instead of 10) I thought I'd amended when I booked in and inout the correct return date & flight on the machine when I booked in and expected the additional cost to be taken from my Card, However, not so. On my return I was charged for overstaying 3 days an extra £45 which meant I paid £100 for 10 days parking instead of £72 if I'd booked in advance. NOT HAPPY

• Airparks Drop and Go As an 80 year old I am not particularly electronically minded, however, after help from an assistant I shall have no problems in future, yes there will possibly be future travel to see family. It also helped with a realistic price for the 10 days we were away

• Airparks Drop and Go All fine until we returned, we accessed our key but no parking row letter was indicated, hand written was FR7 which meant nothing to us. We walked around the car park looking for our car and finally enlisted the help of a member of staff who also walked around the car park seeking our car. Eventually it was found located at the front of arrival row 7. Thankfully it was not raining, and we had not had a long flight, however we may use on airport parking in the future rather than off site to avoid a recurrence.
