    The bus was promoted the bus driver was polite
    The cars parked on the entrances/ exit road were a nuisance they should be fined land moved on it makes the busy exit dangerous

  • Mid Stay Staff were very helpful. Our return flight had changed after we had booked the parking so it arrived back in Luton two hours later. I spoke to the customer services desk at the car park and they re-assured me that we would not be subject to an over-time charge.

  • Mid Stay Arrived no problem, on leaving put in card to exit and it said we owed £216! Had a panic at first as had pre-paid,pressed the assist button and all was sorted quickly by a friendly voice.

  • Mid Stay The Car Park was almost completely full. It took me around 20 minutes of driving around to find 1 space. The condition of the park is not good. Most of the car park spaces are just gravel with no marked bays.
    I pre-booked but when I left with my ticket it said I owed £135 and I had to call someone to get them to lift the barrier.

  • Mid Stay Everything went as stated number plate recognition worked when we arrived. Only small issue we had was trying to find a space. Lots had parked in a space which would have easily fit two cars. We finally did find a parking space. Buses came very quickly and staff polite and waited until we were seated to move off.
    Great simple service on leaving to didn't have to wait long for a bus. Easily drove out. Will definitely use again.
