  • Mid Stay When we arrived the carpark was full and we had to drive around until someone left and a space became free. We had booked in, BCP no the capacity of the carpark and there is no excuse for this.

  • Mid Stay Had not envisaged the temporary nature of the Official Mid Term Car Park - spaces not tarmaced and parking on rough gravel/stone. Not exactly smooth/hassle free with roller cases etc. Car park very busy and had to wait longer than the published 10 mins for transfer to airport so not entirely satisfactory.

  • Mid Stay Every part of the process was easy. However, our flight was delayed and I was surprised to see an additional 22.50 being requested before the barrier was lifted. I had telephoned BCP to check details if the flight was delayed and you assured me the parking held until 12 midnight. It required a conversation with the parking attendant to raise the barrier without charge. Although the attendant was clear that they operated the car park and they could insist on the extra charge! That was the only disappointing part of the process.

  • Mid Stay Disappointing that the automated number plate recognition didn't work when we arrived which meant that we were asked to pay £115 when we attempted to depart the car park. As a result, our departure was delayed by 10 minutes due to having to dry to the Customer Service desk for them to validate my ticket and then return to the ticket barrier.

  • Mid Stay The LUTON MIDTERM car park is the worst car park and most expensive airport car park.Firstly there are no members of staff visable as they hide in a portacabin away from the parking zones.There is so much time wasted as we have to hunt a space -usually in the gravel on untreated aereas.The sign posts to spaces are always wrong and never updated correctly.The worst problem is that we have to walk for 10 minutes usually to find our car again in unsafe aereas in the car park which are unlit .The EXIT routes from the car park is totally unsafe in the dark and it is unlight and not sign posted adeqately for ease.The car park is always like a biulding site in places with vast aereas that need to be tarmac ,signposted,lights.
    I use this carpark once a month and am fed up of writing the same stuff -does anyone act on these comments?

  • Mid Stay No, after trying to leave the car park the automated gate shown I owe you around £130 which scared me a lot. Had to call for help, fortunately your staff was helpful and sorted it out.

On return we found the bus bay quickly and bus was just about to leave- really lucky. Then only a short ride to our stop. Everything went like clockwork.
