• Swift Meet and Greet We had to wait over 45 mins for our car on return. With 3 children this was terrible. We were told it was due to traffic but we saw members of staff boarding a bus to go and collect the cars and there was no traffic!

• Swift Meet and Greet I picked meet and greet so that when I arrived back into
  Luton I didn't have to wait for a bus etc, only to find I had a twenty minute wait after getting to the pick up point ( had phoned as suggested from airport exit). If it takes you 30 minutes to get through the road works tell me and I'll ring earlier or wait in the warm, or make it cheaper and get a bus/ transfer to a car park.

I appreciate that the traffic issues around Luton are out of your control but there should be better signage by the entrance to the airport and the short stay car park informing customers where to find meet and greet. Better directional signage inside the car park would have been appreciated too.

• Swift Meet and Greet Unfortunately on this occasion "Swift" meet and greet did not live up to its name. Horrendous traffic issues had us waiting for almost 2 hours before we got our car back. Had used the service before but would now think twice.

• Swift Meet and Greet Absolute chaos both before and after holiday. Bad area of tarmac and cars parked everywhere in your way. Rang to let know back from baggage area but had to wait 15 minutes for car then another 10minutes to get out due to cars in way.Happy with BCP Meet and greet at EMA and Manchester

Unfortunately there is also no shelter and was raining and cold but the feedback provided was traffic had caused the delay and the car was on its way which is completely unacceptable as it's meant to be meet and greet not meet and wait.

• Swift Meet and Greet A complete shambles. To find out that the cost did not cover the exit costs from the car park and i had to pay a further £4. I also had to wait more than 45 minutes for my car. I understand that there were extenuating circumstances with the roads but 45 minutes negates the whole point of using your service. No information, staff members who do nit engage with your customers. Terrible terrible service.

• Swift Meet and Greet I called Swift to say that I had arrived back. They told me the car would be 20 minutes. It arrived 40 Minutes later. This cannot be blamed on the current building works at Luton airport. Swift knew my return time and had not prepared the car for collection. The weather was very bad and though this is out of their control, if they had told me there would have been a delay I could have stayed in the terminal and stayed dry.
