• Swift Meet and Greet Swift did not answer the main telephone number after my rings, had to switch to the secondary number. Received an extra £4 charge to get out the car park with no notification upon booking. Swift took 30 minutes after calling to bring my car back.

• Swift Meet and Greet Drop off was good and as expected. Picking up the car on return was dreadful. It took well over an hour from phone call to driving off and this was after baggage collection and customs as instructed.This was blamed on traffic though this was a dubious claim as my brother, who parked in the long stay carpark, collected his car and was well on his way and said the traffic was fine in both directions.

• Swift Meet and Greet There were no facilities apart from a man and a trolley in a partially unmade up car park. No designated parking area, no covered waiting area. Returning in heavy rain we had a horrendous experience. Our car took 30 minutes to arrive rather than the 15 we were told. Staff were as helpful as they could be. We noted they were not provided with any waterproof clothing which is shameful. We will never use this service again. Shame on Luton Airport for allowing a company to operate without any facilities.

• Swift Meet and Greet Surely breaches sale of goods act. Car wasn't there to 'meet' me when we arrived - we had to wait 45 minutes (along with 10 other couples) for it in the car park - and there was no 'greet'. Your representative didn't even say hello - he just grunted 'You need to wait with the others; your car isn't here yet' as I walked towards him. Appalling.

• Swift Meet and Greet The drop off and pick were both chaotic and not at all smooth with cars stoping al over the place and nobody really helping. Never again.

• Swift Meet and Greet Facilities weren't great. Drop off area was full of potholes. Walk to airport terminal is quite long when you consider there are no trollies and you have 2 young children.
  I was made to wait around for 20 mins when picking the car up despite phoning when I got off the plane and when I had collected my luggage. I was also incorrectly informed that I had a £10 over stay charge to pay. This matter was rectified by one of your staff, but further delayed my exit from the airport.

• Swift Meet and Greet I think the upheaval at the airport with the redevelopment didn't help things. The area is very crowded. The staff were helpful - couldn't fault that. We booked it as we thought it would save time. It definitely did for the departure but when we came back it took a while for them to bring the car. It may have had something to do with the fact our flight landed earlier than expected plus the roads were busy around the airport.

• Swift Meet and Greet Luton parking and airport is a nightmare so under the circumstances Swift did a great job and were very polite and helpful under difficult circumstances.
