  • Swift Meet and Greet This was the fourth time we have booked meet and greet, and we're always satisfied until our last trip. On our return we tried to phone when we had our luggage but kept getting unknown number we rang three times with no response and then made our way to where we droped our car of ,my partner is disabled so needed to have wheel chair, on arriving we were told we needed to keep ringing as thy were unable to do anything until we contacted the people where the car was stored, this took a further three phone calls until they answered and had to wait for the car to be brought to us,so it was a 45 min wait, very cold and tiring for my partner as he had to stand as the member of staff had to take the wheel chair back to airport.

  • Swift Meet and Greet It was disappointing; poor service.
    The office phone line was unattended so I couldn't through to notify Meet & Greet that I'd landed. I tried ringing 5 times, no reply!
    There was chaos at the Meet & Greet car park with queues of customers experiencing the same problem.
    The drop off & collection point was the same queue so customers were irritated trying to drop off keys when other customers were complaining they were still waiting for their vehicles to be returned.
    After returning from warm weather, I waited 80minutes in the cold for my car to arrive.
    Which is obviously completely unsatisfactory!
    I'd previously used this service a few times over the past couple of years and had never experienced a problem before.
    When customers were complaining, various staff members were grouped together laughing.

  • Swift Meet and Greet The drop off was chaotic and we stood for 20 minutes after the staff didn't seem to know where the car should be left. Accepting there are works going on at Luton is fine but they werent helpful and it defies the objective of drop and go. Would not use again while it is a mess at the airport. Pick up was better hence my 4/10 score. I have used swift before works and was very happy so I'm hoping it's just a blip

  • Swift Meet and Greet Worst experience ever. Chaos on drop off and pick up. At pick-up it took over 1.5hrs for them to deliver the car. Repeatedly lied to that the car had just been dispatched when it hadn't and paid for a valet which didn't happen. You should be ashamed associating yourselves with such a shoddy outfit - as should Luton Airport

  • Swift Meet and Greet There was a problem getting the car to us on our return - when I eventually got through to them they apologised THAT there would be A 20 to 30 minute delay in getting THE CAR to the airport because of traffic. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK 25 MUIUTES LATER THEY SAID THE CAR HAD LEFT 20 PLUS MINUTES AGO AND WILL BE WITH US SHORTLY.|HOWVER WHEN THE CAR TURNED UP IT WAS CLEAR FROM THE TRIP RECORD ON MY CAR THAT THE CAR HAD ONLY BEEN ON ITS WAY FOR 12 MINUTES!!!SO YOU CAN SEE WHY I AN NOT IMPRESSEED AT ALL BYB SWIFT MEET AND GREET. MORE LIKE MEET AND WAIT.

  • Swift Meet and Greet Staff were helpful particularly the person on the return journey who was very friendly and prompt in finding us from the airport etc.
    My only criticism is that for the outbound journey (to Luton airport), the driver took some time to work out how to operate the baby car seat (which was not fixed in) and his car had no seatbelt buckle for me as a passenger. This meant I was not travelling safely. This should have been organised better by the office.

  • Swift Meet and Greet When arriving at short stay car park after phoning your office we had a wait of over 20 minutes if it was raining there is no area to shelter no member of staff asked or kept us informed of the time our car would arrived the money we paid for your service was a little high for the service and time we had to wait would not use this service again

  • Swift Meet and Greet as ryan air cancelled the flight we didnt use your services and I notified you office immediately and asked for a refund of almost £60 already paid. they were not helpful and I am doubtful of getting anything back.   • Swift Meet and Greet The Meet & Greet at Luton was very poor with a long and difficult walk for the disabled to/from the airport building. On return the documentation of Swift and BCP was seriously different. BCP indicated to phone whilst waiting for our luggage but SWIFT stated call AFTER collecting luggage. Further BCP documentation stated we would need £4 to get out of the car park whereas SWIFT stated £2 which was all that was required.
    This was not "Meet and Greet" as we have previously experienced at Heathrow and Gatwick.

  • Swift Meet and Greet The only issue is that the signs need to be clearer when you get into the car park. That would stop the number of people pulling into that area and slowing down the process. Apart from that, great service.

  • Swift Meet and Greet The pick up back at the airport was awful, when I rang the contact number, there was no reply, accept an recorded message saying the number was not in use, on my fourth attempt I left a message, I got to the pick up point, my car as per the contract with you wasn't there waiting for me, in fact your manager on site had to ring for it again & I waited another further 25 minutes for it to arrive,I don't think Swift car parking really is a good name for your company, I feel it would of been quicker & less hassle for me to had parked in a long term car park & used a bus service, I certainly would not use this car park again & would like some feed back from you
