• Swift Meet and Greet We had our car picked up at Luton Airport. Everything went smoothly. Staff were great. We returned on a relatively late flight, so were a little apprehensive as to whether we would experience problems but the experience was excellent

• Swift Meet and Greet The pick-up went very smoothly, the staff were efficient and we had no problems, if there were any mild complaint, would be the walk to the terminal which was longer than anticipated and wheeling our luggage through potholes filled with overnight rain was a little unpleasant. Overall though it was a positive experience and would recommend BCP.

• Swift Meet and Greet A bit frustrating finding the drop off point due to the building work. We had to wait about 15 minutes on collection which was fine but can understand some people complaining if it had been wet(No cover)Hopefully will improve when work complete. Would use again.

  However there were 2scratches from one end of the car to the other. Since we didn't check the car when we picked it up and didn't notice the scratches till we went back to the car tonight ( 2 days later) we realised that it was probably too late to complain!

• Swift Meet and Greet Had to walk too far to terminal. Really poorly signposted. Not made clear enough during booking process that I would have to pay a further £4 to exit the short stay car park on way home

• Swift Meet and Greet Have sent an email to customer services on Friday explaining how dissatisfied I was with the service but have had no reply. We have always booked meet and greet with BCP but not used the company Swift Service. Will never use Swift again but will still look to use BCP for our meet and greet service. Had to walk a considerable distance to drop off and collect the car which was not acceptable. Also on return we had to wait half an hour in the freezing cold for our car to arrive. Then we had to pay a further £2.00 to validate the car park ticket. What did I pay £57.00 for??

• Swift Meet and Greet it wasn't "meet and greet", we had a 10 minute struggle with our luggage across a building site to get to and from the terminal. Instead of using the drop off point Swift make customers walk the full length of the short term car park. There's no shelter when you get back and you have to wait for them to bring your car back. Very unsatisfactory service.

• Swift Meet and Greet This was not what i would say is meet and greet, having to walk to the far side of the short stay carpark was not what i paid for to be honest.

• Swift Meet and Greet Was not very clear exactly where we were to go to find the parking. I am aware of the improvements being carried out at the airport, but better signage would be an asset.

• Swift Meet and Greet Get the cars back to the meet and greet area on return quicker, it took over 1 hour for me car to be delivered back.
  Do not let your staff drink and eat in customers cars, half a can of coca cola was left in my car and on closer inspection this has been sprayed and dropped all over the dash, windscreen, rear-view mirror and center console which means I have to spend time cleaning or go to the expense of getting this valeted, not the service I was expecting!

• Swift Meet and Greet staff friendly on return journey but a long walk to the car park and when we dropped the car off, the attendantas taking the other cars to their destination were charging / speeding around the car park, I had a suix year old with me and it was early hours of the morning

• Swift Meet and Greet Parking/drop off too far away to be called meet & greet (10 min walk from terminal). Not practical when travelling with young children. A good value price but I would rather pay more and be closer to the terminal.

• Swift Meet and Greet It was quiet a long way from the terminal and quiet expensive. We had to wait for the car to arrive disputed having phoned the office at the correct time. Not brilliant.
