• APH Every thing went smoothly and the staff could not have been more helpful. B.C.P is the only bus service who help you to put your cases on and off the buss - and they are a credit to your organisation.

• APH Staff abrupt the morning we handed the keys over. Your advert says buses every 15 mins yet we stood waiting at the airport for over 45 mins waiting for one & that’s after texting you that we’d picked up our luggage... and this isn’t a one off either my sister who I traveled with had the same issue in May waiting a long time for the supposedly 15 mins buses

• APH Easy to find & friendly staff. driver on the bus was happy to help everyone with their cases. It was quite busy when we arrived & we found it quite tight to get into the parking area but this is the only negative comment I have as everything else went smoothly.

• APH I waited over 25 minutes for the bus, and, as I was already delayed on the motorway, almost missed my flight. The drivers were busy talking to an engineer, and nobody seemed to know which bus we were supposed to board. A minor point - I wasted money in the vending machine when I arrived home, in the small hours, and needed a snack before driving back to Anglesey and nobody had a clue about getting a refund. Not happy.
