• JetParks 3 You charged me 9 quid to book online something I could get for 2.50 at the car park.
  If there is a maximum weekend charge of 2.50 how can this be fair ?
  This happened 3 times until I noticed the sign on the car park wall.
  Not happy and certainly will not be recommending.

• JetParks 3 Very concerned to be told by bus driver enroute to Manchester Airport that the Jet3park was being closed for resurfacing whilst we were away. Caused me total panic as we had no prior knowledge. Couldn’t get any info on phone. On our return spotted notice at bus stop stating no buses were running to Jet3carpark. Apparently we should have had email with full details, we didn’t get this. Taxi organised for us. However very stressful to return to this. Disappointed at lack of communication

• JetParks 3 Easy to get to from m56 onto A555. Quick recognition of number plate in and out. Transfer buses regular. Didn't use any facilities at the carpark. Didn't wait long for the return bus.

• JetParks 3 Parked on 12th October at Jet Parks 3. Waited over 20 minutes for a shuttle bus to arrive which then did not stop as it was full. Had to wait another 10 minutes for a further bus, which also had to leave other passengers standing at bus shelters as it, too, was full. Buses were clearly not operating at the publicised 15 minute interval and didn't seem able to cope with the number of passengers. Will be looking at other parking options in the future

• JetParks 3 We have used this carpark a few times now. It is easy to find,and there are bus stops in easy walking distance after you park in a space.you never have to wait long for a bus

• JetParks 3 I have used BCP everytime I fly from Manchester, everything from booking, arrival & parking, transfers to and from the terminal building is simple, staff have always been polite and helpful, although on this occasion we only interacted with the bus drivers who we found courteous and helpful. No problems or issues.

• JetParks 3 Jet Part 3 had very uneven surface for dragging cases across. It was also nearly full which meant driving around for ages until I found a parking spot

• JetParks 3 JET PARK 3 AT Manchester is large. There were not many spaces left on our arrival as was the case for 3-4 other cars. Some of the elevated section was blocked by random parking on the road!!!
  Also there were no signs to point you towards the free parking spaces. After this the bus was late 30mins and some travellers were quite concerned about getting to the airport late!! I arrived an hour earlier than expected and got instant access but still found myself tight for time...

• JetParks 3 The automatic numberplate recognition system didn't work yet again! This is the continuous problem with parking here. The barrier doesn't open so you have to press for the operator who is helpful but that is not the point!
