  • JetParks Ringway The staff were very helpful with a problem I had before arriving at the car park, they solved the problem with ease. Nice to see now that signs have now gone up for directions to ringway and park 3 for the better of the customers to find the car parks. Ringway use to be a small car park but now is quite big and people are having to park on the grass verge which really you when paying the car park charges you should be able to find a place on the hard ground. Jetpark should now look at putting down tarmac on the gravel access roads as the small stones are damaging the suitcases and people are complaining to each other when waiting for the bus and the should be better for the price you charge perhaps you really need to look at this as in my opinion it would be an improvement for your customers. Thank you.

  • JetParks Ringway POSITIVES: Found the car park no problem. Helpful staff when we had an issue entering the car park. Although very busy, we found a space fairly easily.Buses frequent with polite, helpful drivers.
    NEGATIVES: Car parking can be quite far from the bus route in parts of the car park. Surface is loose stones which makes it difficult to wheel heavy suitcases and can cause minor damage to them.

  • JetParks Ringway Absolutely terrible drove round car park for half n hour or more with at least 20 other cars doing the same eventually after trying your phone numbers to speak to someone to no avail press the help button at the gate and was directed to a small short stay carpark we left our car there unhappy with the situation but we needed to go we got back to a dark unlit carpark which was unacceptable we booked with you because the carpark was well lit and secure was very unhappy with what we got

  • JetParks Ringway Good instructions to find car park, though difficult to find a space. Staff very helpful advising where there was space. Didn't have to wait long for transfer to and from airport. Where we were parked in 'A' it was stoney so a little difficult to pull cases over it.

  • JetParks Ringway Finding the car park is easier now so wasn't a problem. Rough uneven and flooded hardcore parking areas are very difficult to pull your cases over.I took a picture of the row number 'A816' for our return but unfortunately NOT the bus stop.At 02:15 on our return on TOM2217 I asked the driver where the row was and hhe just said 'I don't know' but as he began to pull away I said 'That's our row can we disembark?'. 'NO' he said 'you'll have to get off at the next stop'. So in the rain with a 5 year old sleepy child over pools of water and over hardcore ME a 60 year old with a heart condition and Angina had to pull 4 suit cases quite a distance. Common sense would have saved all that as he had hardly let the handbrake off. I am a very loyal customer of jet parks and Ringway but this has left a bad taste. We are travelling again in November but may make other arrangements now
