• JetParks 1 when we arrived at three in the morning the registration was not recognised, but a quick word with your man soon produced a parking token.happy with the service and we shall be useing you again soon.

• JetParks 1 good directions to car park. easy to find . plenty of parking places.only problem was the automated number plate recognition was not working at the time, so a small queue biult up. however a very pleasant man at the other end of the intercom system soon sorted us out ( even though it was 5 am in the morning)buses to and from airport arrived quickly, so really no problems at all

• JetParks 1 We only had a 2 minute wait for the bus when we were flying out, and a 5 minute wait when we returned. If you book online, you put your reg. no. in, so that when you arrive at the car park, the camera recognises your car and issues you with a token and lifts the barrier. All in all, dead easy.

• JetParks 1 The service I recieved from BCP was better than fantastic.I stupidly left my car key card in the ignition when flying to Budapest on 24/03/13 which meant my car was unlocked and could potentialy have been stolen.As soon as I realised what I had done I phoned the booking agent who said they would contact the Jet Parks 1 staff to get them to remove the card and lock my car.The next day I was phoned to let me know that my car was secure and my key card would be waiting in the Jet Parks 1 office on my arrival back in the UK on 31/03/13 and sure enough that was the case.Many thanks to all the staff involved in securing my car and releiving me of the worry.

• JetParks 1 Machine did not issue token. Your operater was contacted and eventually a token appeared in the slot. Only a few seconds lost but no major inconvenience.
  Exit went smoothly.
