  • JetParks 1 Whilst there were no issues with entering & leaving the car park, the condition of the car park was extremely poor. It was full of pot holes & due to the bad weather, muddy & wet. this made it impossible to walk on & pull suitcases! Very disappointing.

  • JetParks 1 Parking at Jet Parks 1, Manchester Airport were full so we were directed to Jet Parks 2 and found parking there. Staff helpful. Bus transfers were very good.

  • JetParks 1 I had booked car park 2 as it was close to the Travelodge where we were staying the night before and after our holiday. We were moved to car park 3 without any notification from yourselves; I only found out when I phoned your office on the Saturday morning when we could not find the car park. This was very inconvenient as it was not near the Travelelodge and involved two buses to collect the car when we returned from holiday. Level of customer service is very poor, no personal service whatsoever. Will use the Holiday Inn for parking and hotel stay in the future. We have used them before and have found the service excellent.

  • JetParks 1 I didn't think the facilities were very good as the parking areas were ridiculously pot holed. I didn't see any member of staff. And when we arrived back in the UK we had to wait 30 mins in the cold for the transfer bus not every 15 minutes as advertised. I wouldn't have minded if the driver said there had been a problem but he just said the buses were every 15 minutes and that we had missed one! Well we were stood at that bus stop for 30 minutes so I don't know how we missed it! The buses for Jet Parks 3 and Jet parks plus came around twice before the one for Jet Parks 2 even arrived

  • JetParks 1 When we arrived at Jet Parks 2 in Manchester we were told the car park was full and that we were being 'upgraded' to Long Stay Parking at the airport. This meant an intricate drive through the airport complex to find the new car park. We then had to call for help at the barrier to gain entry. It wasn't a major problem but it did delay us.

  • JetParks 1 My car had just come out of my jaguar dealer after being serviced ready for our trip to Manchester. It was gleaming and spotless inside and out. After parking in your car park, my car is now covered in mud and the carpets have mud on them and need cleaning. This car park is a dirty, muddy puddle filled field. If I had of known I was parking in that mess I would have booked else where. You should let people know what type of car park people are leaving their cars in. Not happy and now I have to have my carpets cleaned.

  • JetParks 1 No problems at all. Bus service efficient and vehicle recognition at barrier simplifies entering and exit.Only downside is perhaps some maintenance required to ground conditions in certain areas.
