  • JetParks 1 No the car park was virtually full we were riding around trying to find a parking spot for 30 mins the park was full of water and sludge not happy at all

  • JetParks 1 It was so easy. Everything was automated.
    The only adverse comments I have is that empty parking spaces were hard to find and people were driving round several times to find one. Also at the bus stops there is a lack of seating which makes it hard for the disabled.

  • JetParks 1 We booked Jet parks 1 & 2 which were both full on arrival so we were re-directed to jet parks 3 although it was well sign posted. However, there was a lack of supervision at this car park and we had a problem finding a space there too.

  • JetParks 1 The parking surface at jetparks thorley lane Manchester is very poor, with large pot holes. This has been the case for a long time now so it is not due to the recent bad weather. There are no defined parking spaces and some vehicles are left on the side of verges and approach paths due to what appears to be insufficient space for the number of vehicles booked in at any one time. On a positive note, i had a battery problem on my return and i must say i was very happy with how i was assisted by the person on the barrier.

  • JetParks 1 Very satisfied, have used many times before. My only complaint is the poor state of the roadways between parking bays. Very deep potholes. They need filling up. Could do damage to the suspension.

  • JetParks 1 I use BCP all the time and have never had any problems.Its very handy for us as we park at a convienent place so when we get back and get our car we are on the motorway within 5 minutes.

  • JetParks 1 Waited for bus number 5 on arrival at terminal 2 for around 25 minutes, in that time 4 buses for Jet Parks 3 arrived and departed then 2 Jetparks 1 & 2 came together then when we reached jet parks 2 there were 4 buses following each other and it took ages to get off the bus

  • JetParks 1 parts of the car park were disgraceful with potholes and cars parked out of parking spaces, making driving round the car park very hazardous.
    Staff were extremely helpful when we returned to the car park after our holiday to find the battery on our car was completely flat and jump started the car with jump leads.

  • JetParks 1 Jetpark was full so staff redirected me to T2 Longstay. Very hard to find a space there too. Some help finding spaces would be useful. Whole operation took me 30 mins before I was able to get on the bus to the terminal.

  • JetParks 1 Very friendly reception staff and bus crews were very helpful. My only concern was the fact that we were nearly out of jet park 1before we found a suitable parking space. This was quite stressful. Booking was easy and correspondence very good.
