  • Long Stay We waited for about mins for the bus to arrive, with the bus 2/3 full, the driver sat and waited for another 4-5 mins then drove very slowly to the car park. He then pulled over at the entrance and said "just changing drivers". Having sat there for about 3 mins, we got out and walked to the far side of the car park to our car. We left the car park with the bus still parked up and another bus having overtook it. The driver was a grey haired man who just did everything he could do to hinder passengers for his own interest as his shift finished at on.3.17. Long stay 1&3. Appalling customer service.

  • Long Stay The driver of the shuttle bus spolit this year's visit to the airport car park.What had been a pleasant outbound day was ruined by the driver attitude on the night we came home.When we boarded the bus at aboutpm from terminal 3 he shouted down the bus for the suitcases to be placed in the racks, this was correct instructions and acceptable because atvthe next stop the bus was completely full with passengers stood in the aisles.
    It was raining and dark and it was not possible to see the bus stop numbers as we entered the car park because the Windows were steamed up and the bus jammed full with passengers.
    Customers asked him to shout out the numbers of the bus stops as we were approaching them but he completely ignored the requests, the bus was at the entrance, stationary and he heard the customers complaining that they had no idea when to get off. Customers then just got off at one stop and walked from this stop.
    I asked if he could shout out when we got to c bus stop and he said I would have to get off now as we had passed it.
    He was not concerned or bothered that customers some with children were getting off and having to walk hundreds of metres to their car.
    I am disgusted and this attitude of your driver spoilt our holiday and having used your company for the last few years, my 2 daughter's and myself so that's 3 cars that has this bad experience would like to know how you deal with this customer complaint?
    You will probably read this and ignore it, if this is the case and you can't contact me, then I have wasted my time completing this email.

  • Long Stay Everything went smoothly. Followed directions and found entrance to car park without any difficulty. Got parked and waited a short time for bus to airport. Driver was very helpful when we arrived in terms of where to go and where to get the bus when we returned to the airport. Trip back to the car park went very smoothly to. Bus arrived at the stop within seconds of us getting there. Driver was very helpful with a disabled passenger who got on at T2.

  • Long Stay Booked long stay T1/T3.The carpark was full when we arrived so we were given multi storey car parking .No problem staff although on machine wasd very friendly and helpful .

  • Long Stay Car not recognised on exit,spoke to operator on speaker who released barrier,explaining problems with computer system.This took only a minute.
    Arrival system no issues and bus was doing regular circuits.
    On return waited 5 minutes only and bus had plenty of space,driver polite and courteous.

  • Long Stay Arrived at car park where machinery did not recognise car number plate. Pressed intercom button, gave man my booking reference... still no luck.. eventually gave me an orange token to feed into machine for our exit from car park... which was very busy.

  • Long Stay The car park was close to where I was frying from did not need to get the free bus as it was only a 5 minutes walk from where I car park the car
    I was only delayed when trying to leave because other people did not give them self time after flight and had to pay at barrier so it made to wait longer to get out of car park
    but when it was my turn the barrier open no problem due to i book a extra 2 hour in case of any delays at the airport

  • Long Stay On arrival the barrier raised and let us in. On leaving the barrier would not raise. we pressed the buzzer and the man asked if we had a token. No token. We gave him the booking reference and then silence. The barrier raised. Not very friendly. This has happened on several occasion now, both at this car park and at Liverpool airport.
