• Long Stay On arrival, to my surprise the barrier opened then immediately closed before I had driven through. I then realized I needed to take the disc that was dispensed, when the barrier than again lifter. On return the barrier lifted without my using the disc, which I know have, most bizarre, I would welcome your comments

• Long Stay Number plate recognition worked well, but it took about 5 minutes to find a parking space. I didn't see a transfer bus, but I walked to the terminal in about 5 minutes.

• Long Stay Yes - even though I had mistakenly put a zero instead of the letter O - so the automatic number plate recognition didn't work - the staff were friendly and helpful. Car park easy to find and the bus to terminal regular staffed also with friendly helpful staff. I was very satisfied with overall parking experience!

• Long Stay Everything went smoothly when we arrived at carpark.Found a parking space in minutes and only waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle bus.Same coming back,waited about 5 minutes for shuttle bus.Will use this service again travelling from Manchester .

• Long Stay Very good. Everything as stated. Very little staff around at 4am in the morning when we arrived. But the staff we saw were helpful. To improve, perhaps signs could he put up to show how many spaces are still available in each area, as it was sometimes tricky to spot a free one in the dark.
