  • Long Stay used this car park many times, however it is now contracted out. had to wait over 25 mins for a pickup on way back at 10.45pm. driver who had just come on shift very helpful but said the previous driver should have still been doing pickups. poor service

  • Long Stay Disappointed this time, some bus stops not in use, white mini bus instead of expected transport bus which we were not aware of, barrier failed to open,long wait, took 40 mind from parking car up, bus driver friendly and helpful. I will try again because I've always used in the past to see if improved

  • Long Stay My car was vandalised in the T3 Long Stay Car Park during the holiday. the front passenger window was smashed. You must improve security arrangements at this car park otherwise you will quickly gain a reputation for poor security.

  • Long Stay Car park is cramped and filthy with a very limited bus service at bus stop 12 only. If it had been raining last Saturday when we arrived we would have been soaked. The cost of £55 is very much overpriced for what is offered

  • Long Stay The layout of the roads and roadworks leading into the airport where a nightmare very misleading signs and signposts had to stop on a roundabout and get directions from a member of staff, they should have left it has it was and continue to drive through the old way into the car park. Otherwise everything was very good

    The online is so simple airport ,date and time,choose your chosen airport Caremark,pay,receive confirmation email,turn up ,enjoy your holiday simple I would use again depending on price of course

  • Long Stay Had a booking on Mon 11th June for car park long stay,Term 1 and 3.Arrived at car park with plenty of time for the flight.
    Spent between 30 to 40 mins touring the cark park for a place without success.Ranh your contact number and good for them they allowed us to use the premium parking,but quite stressful with the thought we might miss our flight,and hopefully no additional charge to me.
    As it turned out we did make the flight and had we not called your number we would have missed it.
    How is it possible when you have prebooked a space none where available?
