• Long Stay We had no problem in finding a parking space. Waiting times for the shuttle bus both outward and inward were minimal. Reasonable parking charges. All in all a first class service

• Long Stay we will never use this car park ever again, as this is the third time that on exit the barrier failed to raise as to let us leave the car park therefore having to phone for assistance ,then we were questioned about the token ,assistant told that the token had been inserted and then began to doubt that we had, now very annoyed and very tired ,also big queue behind us ,and now very embarrassed to say the least, I gave the booking reference and finally barrier was raised and able at last to leave

• Long Stay Very seamless process No paper work or ticket necessary Number plate recognition worked perfectly.
  Only issue was that Zone C where the spaces were available was not serviced by the shuttle because, they claimed that there way was hindered by illecally parked vehivcles.It was not obvious that that was the case. It required an additional 200metres of walking with suitcases.

• Long Stay Easily found the car park as we checked the location on google maps the previous night. Barrier opened on recognising the car registration and a space located in minutes. Didn't wait long for the bus and driver very friendly. Waited about 5 minutes for bus on return journey. No problems at all and will definitely use the car park in the future.

• Long Stay The only issue I had was on the return. I waited well over 20 minutes for a shuttle bus at around 2-40pm in the afternoon. I called the number on the booking sheet for BCP to ask if a bus was coming but as that was only the agents number they had no information. It seemed a rather excessive wait to me. They did advise there should be a bus every 10 minutes which would mean there should have been 2 or 3 in the time I waited.

• Long Stay I would recommend reprinting the car park spot lines to match the size of modern cars, the lines are measured in view of accommodating 1960 mini's not cars from 2016.
