  • Long Stay Everything was fine and it all went extremely smoothly.

  • Long Stay Only space left was on the far reaches ie overspill car park not serviced by the buses . Rolling around the car park for twenty five minutes before finding a slot.Buses to and from were very infrequent and will look at your competitors off airport as they would have been quicker. It's no fun having to drag our suitcase for a half mile both ways to catch the bus that is too big to access the car park!!

  • Long Stay Location of parking is great, shuttle bus is regular, however more indication of spaces is needed. Cars parked along kerbside rather than specific spaces, and comes off areas with empty space.

  • Long Stay Arrived at car park T1/T3 at 07.15 for 09.00 flight. It then took us nearly 45 minutes to find a parking space. As a result when we arrived at the Check-in desk it had closed. Only through the kindness of the check-in staff who managed to get us through the system were we able to catch our flight. No BCP staff at T1/T3 to be seen. Disappointing and distressing start to our holiday as we have always found the service with BCP to be good. Not sure whether we would book again at T1/T3 at Manchester

  • Long Stay yes ,The machine didnt recognise my number or the scan, i flapped and pressed the green flashing light and got a token, I rang the intercom told ,the lady she said no problem ,carry on and they would sort it on my return, You did everythin was great, thankyou

  • Long Stay Generally OK but on our return the bus took a long time to arrive. Several Jet Parks buses passed us by the time ours arrived. Also, there were cars parked in the pedestrian walkways, which made getting to our car with baggage and prams difficult. There was no evidence that any action was taken against these drivers.

  • Long Stay Had some problem in finding the post code of the car park on my sat nav system in the car when started from my house in Rochdale and hence lost our way nearer to the car park; however, when tried the psot code again nearer to the car park it worked and didn't have any problem aftertwards in finding the way.
