• Long Stay Arrival and departure were very smooth with quick transfer times to and from the terminal, however it was very, very difficult to find a space as the car park was very full and there was no indication where a space might be. This involved going up and down rows for over 15 mins until we eventually found a space; this was frustrating and if time was tight important.

• Long Stay pick up very quick, the driver saw us walking towards the bus stop and stopped for us to get on bus, thankyou very much it was a cold morning and much appreciated, hope you can figure out who he was and say thankyou, we parked at yellow 4 at about 7 in the morning, he is a credit to your company.

• Long Stay Had trouble finding car park as we were looking for "BCP". Then we couldn't get in, because stupidly I had booked for the next morning! Very helpful and calming chap gave me telephone number to be ring and it was soon sorted. As I couldn't find my paper work he said to call back if you had made the mistake and they would refund the extra I had paid. My mistake but dealt with very efficiently.

• Long Stay Timber barriers had been erected around part of the car park, cutting off lanes and making travelling around more difficult. Also the cordoned off part was almost empty, whilst the accessible parts were near full, making it necessary to drive round and round to find a suitable space. The barrier entry/exit involved a token, unlike the advice given by BCP on no token being needed.

• Long Stay Straight forward booking,good value slightly confused this time as the system does not deliver tokens anymore at the gate,rely's on number plate recongition which is better if you are aware of how to use the car park. Easy walking distance to terminal 3 no need to wait for the bus
