• Long Stay When we arrived the outdoor car park we'd booked was full and so we were "upgraded" to the multi-storey. The whole operation pregnant with the possibility of error ran very smooth, and we didn't get wet returning from a sunny holiday to rainy Manchester.

• Long Stay As usual all worked smoothly my booked car park was full so I was upgraded to the T1 Multi story (Manchester)which was vbery good considering the weather when I returned!

• Long Stay The bar code on the paper never works need to let customers know to take the card they paid with and just insert that instead as it works with no problem, other people trying to use bar code then having trouble.

• Long Stay On our return journey we waited for 40 minutes for bus number 1. I had a flat tyre and the lady on the end of the intercom was very helpful and arranged for the AA to help me. Please thank her for me.

• Long Stay We found the carpark easily as per your instructions. It is easy to enter the carpark with debit card and did not have to wait long for a bus. On the return it was easy to exit. Will definitely use this car park again.

• Long Stay worked well except the system at the barrier didn't recognise my payment card - but I got a quick response when I pressed the buzzer. Sigificantly cheaper than paying on the day.

• Long Stay I've booked the car park at Manchester airport through BCP before and have been very satisfied with the service. There was a problem this time, which was not BCP's fault, because we departed at one terminal and arrived at another but the shuttle bus at the arival terminal did not normally go to the car park which served the departing terminal which I was not aware of. However the bus driver did agree to take us to the correct car park. For this reason I would in future consider alternative parking off site as presumably the transfers to and from the airport would cover all terminals.
  I've put 'Mature Couple' below but we also travelled wity our two adult children.
