  • Long Stay Used Credit Card to enter Car Park - it all went OK. When leaving, it didn't work and had to talk to the Helpdesk in order to be able to leave.

  • Long Stay There was only a slight hitch in getting into the car park as the operator was confused as to why we had not been able to use a credit card to enter -once explained that paid by avios and gave reference number all was well.

  • Long Stay Credit card book in did not work and the member of staff I spoke to on the intercom during arrival, whilst he resolved the problem quickly was a bit sharp and not very friendly.

  • Long Stay When I arrived at car park I didn't see a BCP sign just long stay 1 & 3. Used intercom, helpful. A picture of car park entrance would be useful & reassuring!
