  So convenient, safe and only a second away from the terminals, bus service frequent, reliable,helpful and friendly. A mainly great value for money!!!!

• Long Stay Nowhere to scan barcode booking on arrival at carpark but card recognised. On departure from carpark nowhere to scan and card not regognised, prompt helpful attention from staff on using intercom. Car park is well situated for T3, bit of a long walk for T1, never saw the bus on arrival at park or terminal but had intended to walk so didn't wait.

• Long Stay Unfortnately the car number plate was not recognised as was indicated - the card did not work in the barrier as indicated and I had to give my ref no both on entry and exit
  - Otherwise the shuttle bus was fine and the wait for the us was acceptable

• Long Stay everything was satisfactory excepting that i had difficulty in opening the barrier using my debit card on entry, and was unable to open it at all on exit having to contact the attendant for assistance which was slightly unnerving as i was using the card that i paid upon booking the carpark.
