• Long Stay Parking and returning were easy, apart from wrongly remembering where I left the car. A small ear bashing from my wife as it took me 5 minutes to retrace. Always a good idea to write it down somewhere!! Number plate recognition meant not needing to open the window and scan or shout at the machine.

• Long Stay The only problem we had was finding the car park with no GPS,the signs for directions at the terminal were hard to find.Apart from that we were very happy with the parking and transfer on the bus.Also we had a lengthy delay on returning and had gone past the booking expiry time, but leeway was allowed and we left very satisfied.

• Long Stay I had to change the car the previous night due to unforeseen circumstances. The new regn was not recognised at the barrier however the gent on the ontercom was very helpful.

• Long Stay Fantastic bus drivers extremely helpful and friendly
  I had a flat battery when I returned after 12 days away . After speaking t the controller on the barrier intercom I was assured the AA would arrive within 15 Mins
  They arrived with that time got me started , no pugs

• Long Stay Parked up ok but came back to car it was a building site big cage around , a big hole in ground took ages to get car out no warning whatsoever then went to barrier and camera didn’t recognise number plate then had to wait to talk to someone to get out , that’s why score is so low very poor indeed .

• Long Stay Parking was fine, but the Barrier would not allow us to exit. It took ages for a response from your buzzer system, finally after 15 mins they managed to resolve the fault.

• Long Stay If there wasent building work going on where I parked when I came back to the car , I struggled to get my car out of the space that was left for me the builders never mentioned that I had to move my car so that was dissepointing , and when I got to the barrier it didn’t rise so had another wait so all in all a very dissepointed stay .

• Long Stay Our voucher didnt scan when we went to park. A bus driver had to get off the bus and told us they never do work and to just take a token and sort it out on our return.
