• Long Stay No. The long stay we booked was full & we were directed to the multi storey car park which was rather full so we had keep driving around until we found a space, adding to the stress. It would have been useful to have someone directing traffic to the additional parking area.

• Long Stay Everything went so smoothly. Easy to find, no problems with the automatic barrier and easy to find a space. We didnt use the courtesy bus as it only took us a good five mins to walk the the departure lounge. Would definitely use again.

• Long Stay Arrived at airport 12.05 then spent 25 mins driving around the car park looking for a space that didn't exist. Finally got one on the overspill car park but as no buses were coming there we had walk across two car parks to the bus stop in the rain and through puddles. This is the second time this has happened and as your closing the overspill car park I can only think the situation will get worse

• Long Stay We were parked in the 'staff only' area which was a bit confusing, but the gentleman at the gate gave us clear instructions so it was fine. Bus quick & easy.

• Long Stay The BCP process worked absolutely fine, no problems at all. Parking at Manchester airport was poor..only parking slots were in the far reaches of an overspill park, which was closed to the transit bus upon return, necessitating a long walk with luggage from the nearest available bus stop. Fortunately the weather was dry.

• Long Stay On return the gates to the section of the car park were locked and the bus was unable to enter. This was particularly frustrating as I had parked near a bus stop and was walking with a stick. Having to pull the luggage a significant distance was very annoying.
