  • Long Stay T2 Everything went smoothly. Had to wait a while for the shuttle bus on return and it was bitterly cold at 7:00am which probably made it seem longer. All in all good service.

  • Long Stay T2 BCP were very good. The car park itself had not ben de-iced or gritted. Cars were stuck and car park buses were delayed because of the failure to grit.

  • Long Stay T2 A shame to lose T2 Long Stay. Always been the best of Manchester Airport's Car Parks. As ever, all aspects of the parking ran like clockwork. What a pity the rest of the Airport organisation - security, baggage, passport immigration checks, etc. are so poor and time-inefficient! Manchester Airport is a travellers' nightmare and must rate as one of the worst in Europe!

  • Long Stay T2 Perfect! Being able to enter and exit the car park without taking any type of ticket or leaving car keys behind just works great for me. One of the reasons I continue to book parking with BCP is because of their fairness. Some years ago BCP refunded part of my parking fee when I had to return early from a holiday due to a family illness

  • Long Stay T2 We had one issue in that we were on a different system through holiday extras we were informed, so when we came to enter and exit car park we had to call and speak with someone in order to get in and out of the barrier but this was dealt with quickly not inconveniencing us too much at all

  • Long Stay T2 All went well as have used BCP on numerous occasions. Only hiccup was that although the car registration was recognised on the way in, this was not the case on the way out and the barcode did not scan so needed to speak to the rep and it was easily sorted.

  • Long Stay T2 We were booked in the T2 Long Stay carpark at Manchester airport. We did have some problems finding our way around the various lanes once we entered the carpark as the direction arrows on the road surface were pointing in all different ways. As some of the lanes were blocked off we ended up going round in circles until I drove against the arrows to find a parking space. As there is a lot of construction work going on around the area I realise that some confusion will take place as I was not the only one having problems. Other than that the arriving and leaving of the car park was trouble free.

  • Long Stay T2 Camera didn't recognise car on exit from park (heavy downpour of rain) and also scanner didn't recognise barcode. On contacting staff they were very friendly and speedy to sort problem and we were on our way within minutes.
