• Meet and Greet T1 The staff were very helpful and the arrival process was very smooth however upon my return my car was parked at the top of the multi-store car park and the furthest from the entrance. Whilst on this occasion I was OK if I was travelling with my family it would have been a huge inconvenience especially because of the wind and rain.
  Despite this I would book again in the hope that as per previous meet and greets everything was extremely well organised.

  When we arrived back lots of signs directing us to the car key collection point, unfortunately once there they directed back to to original pick up point. Not good!

• Meet and Greet T1 There wasn't much meeting and greeting involved with our M & G. On our return the bar code did not work on the automatic scanner and there was a long walk to retrieve our car. Not clear what we get for the extra cost. We only did M & G because the long stay parking was full.
