• Meet and Greet T1 All went smoothly. Parking lanes on arrival are very narrow for larger cars or two door coupes...the risk of damage from adjacent car doors is a concern. Time was wasted at ‘Auto Key Collect’ on return....clarification on which key pick up point to use would be helpful. Staff were great.

• Meet and Greet T1 Very well organised both when leaving my car and collecting even though our flight was delayed. Very efficient and welcoming staff. Just a few minor settings to radio, sat nav;lights & seat had been made which caused no problem...once I realised my automatic light setting had been switched to off!

• Meet and Greet T1 When we came back to collect our car, We were sent to wrong part of car park and had to return to reception to seek assistance. Even nice employee who helped to find vehicle struggled because of poor info on key tag. (Info was incorrect) Better numbering of parking spaces and clear directions along with correct information on key tag would prevent this. We had paid a premium so our car would be nearby when we got to airport and not to have to search for it in the cold.

• Meet and Greet T1 Everything was great, very impressed with how easy the process was. The only reason we scored a 9 rather than a 10 was the entrance! We ended up in the main carpark rather than M&G, the entrance could be highlighted better especially for those arriving in the dark!

• Meet and Greet T1 We booked Manchester Official Meet and Greet through BCP who dealt with the booking very well. The actual parking was very expensive considering booked well in advance(over £45 for 2 nights !)then, when we arrived it took over 5 minutes for the booking to be found because the technology failed to recognise our pre booked registration and when we returned their system failed to recognise the barcoded card we had be given to claim the keys on our return. So no fault of BCP but Manchester Official Parking, please sort your system out !!

• Meet and Greet T1 Good road signage so less stress - staff okay, a bit ‘tired and bored’. Return was poor, no proper direction to the car, again a bit ‘can’t be bothered’. Would use again as still better than the alternatives.
