• Meet and Greet T1 Every aspect of the process was excellent. Signage good and reception easy to find , staff very helpful. takes the stress out of airport parking always choose BCP and Meet and Greet parking.

• Meet and Greet T1 Everything went well, smooth dropping off and picking up! On Collection however we were put in blue zone which isn’t a problem, but I would be nice to see were the zone was! The boards or area needs to be lit as a 3am when your walking around not being able to see where you need isn’t fantastic, we even asked someone and they just said you will be better walking straight up! Which sent us in the direction of yellow!

• Meet and Greet T1 Staff helpful but big queue when collecting keys on return home. Only 2 staff at the desk. Self scan of bar code did not work

• Meet and Greet T1 I arrived at 2am to find my key not in the locker so had to go into the welcome office! The gentleman who processed the key was helpful and directed me to Red Zone, row G. There my problems started, the signage to the area was poor meaning I actually had to leave the car park, cross the entrance for incoming cars and re-enter the car park. Then to find row G. A&B were in front, B&C adjacent so i walked across the car park. Row G was eventually located close to where I had re-entered the car park! All this on my own after a long flight and in a dark area. I felt totally frustrated by the whole experience.
  I prefer to use the Meet&Greet service due to usually travelling alone. One thing which would have helped would have been for the Row number signs to have some form of illumination at night.

• Meet and Greet T1 The whole Meet-And-Greet experience was by far the best bit about our travel from Manchester airport. The car park staff directed us efficiently and greeted us pleasantly, the key drop-off and pick-up were easy and welcoming, the car park was close to the terminal and it cost less than the other parking options.
