• Meet and Greet T1 Absolutely awful. Returned to be told the car was not there, and then asked to collect it ourselves as they were short of drivers. I was left waiting in the reception with the luggage forminutes while my partner callected our car. As the car had not be handed back in the proper way we then also struggled to get out of the car park and ended up causing an obstruction at the barrier for a further minutes.
