• Meet and Greet T1 Fairly smoothly - arrived during significant changes to the car-parking facilities (new entrance location & barriers, on return the reception area had moved). Very busy period for travel and was managed smoothly - extra staff on barriers etc.

• Meet and Greet T1 Using meet and greet is so easy. We drove straight in, parked our car, handed in our keys and were in the airport within minutes. We have already booked again for our next holiday

• Meet and Greet T1 Everything did not go smoothly. On trying to pick up our car at 3.30am, as booked, you did not have the car. You had booked it in as a pick-up at.00. Consequently, we had a long wait, at least 3/4 hr, for our car. ALSO, the car had been damaged, probably when you were shunting it backwards & forwards to get it out of the line of vehicles. Unfortunately we did not notice the damage until mid-day, after getting to bed at 5.30am. Obviously you are denying responsibility, as you said we did not check the car before leaving the car-park, but how is anyone supposed to check their vehicle when it is wet and dark. Did not get any satisfaction regarding the delay or damage when we rang to complain. We have decided to go back to Taxis, as it will be £100's cheaper.
