• Meet and Greet T1 I usually have no problems at all. But this time on my return I was asked to pick up my car from zone 4. There was no zone 4. The display board started with zone 1 to 7 or something. There was no board for zone 4. So passengers kept circling to find zone 4 to locate their cars. It mischievous of them to misdirect tired passengers. Poor show if they think it is somekind of dry humor.

• Meet and Greet T1 Arrival excellent. Departure a couple were having problems and a lengthy queue developed, nobody came out to help the lady on the desk. Frustrating for her and us.

• Meet and Greet T1 The Meet and Great facility works very well. You don't have to drive round in car parks. The only comment I would like to make is that upon my return from holiday my car was not in a designated parking spot but just left in part of the drive way. Other than that no problems.
