• Meet and Greet T1 Meet and Greet was not as I expected- arrived in middle of a storm and had to run through pouring rain to reception area - staff miserable as we couldn’t give exact info as to where we’d parked due to heavy rain obscuring views. Just as well it wasn’t pouring down on return too as we were as far away from lifts as possible on rooftop area. Man on return desk friendly and helpful.

• Meet and Greet T1 I always use BCP when flying from Manchester, was a little disappointed on my return having to collect my car from multi storey car park. I hope this is only temporary due to upgrading parking as the reason I use meet n greet us for that very convenient way the car is taken & returned to you.

• Meet and Greet T1 Arrival back horrendous - Meet and Greet 1 - not told keys moved to inside arrival hall (not told) - had to queue for half an hour for lift to multi storey car park - then had to wait ages at the exit to car park for someone to answer intercom to let us out - all in all took about 45 minutes from getting keys to getting out - really not good enough considering how much was paid for the service

• Meet and Greet T1 Two things. upon arrival there were no trollies available for our luggage. Not great with a five year old to contend with. secondly the token given to us to exit the multi-storey did not work.it said we owed £45.00. After a panic.....the lady on the intercom cleared it but it should have worked ok in the first place.

• Meet and Greet T1 Signage into the airport could be improved but other than that everything ran smoothly, tracker should vehicle parked in secure location within airport grounds whilst we were away and locating vehicle in multi-storey on our return was straightforward, would defiantly use again.

• Meet and Greet T1 The cash back percentages promised when booked through Quidco are a much higher percentage than what I have actually received. There doesn’t seem to be anywhere within the BCP web pages to confirm the percentage cash back amount when making a booking. Very misleading and very disappointed.
