• Meet and Greet T1 Absolutely love using Meet & Greet normally but this time came into Terminal 2 and had to pick car up from multi story level 13. The queues for the lifts was horrendous. My paperwork stated this was happening but was supposed to be only until April. There is a lot of building work going on at the airport so hoping this is temporary and then I will definitely be back to using Meet & Greet.

• Meet and Greet T1 Checking in was brilliant but on our return the car was parked on level 13.
  Considering we paid over £100 we expected to find the car much much nearer as was the case on previous visits.
  It would have been much quicker and half the cost if we had parked ourselves and used the courtesy bus

• Meet and Greet T1 The new parking system for meet and greet is no where near as quick in the multi story. Our car had 5 miles on the clock from leaving it for 2 weeks. You have to wait in long queue’s for a lift to take you up to collect your car which is also taking people to departures.
