  • Meet and Greet T1 On arrival, the staff didn’t seem friendly. Was also inconvenient having to go onto the 13th floor of the multi-storey car park to retrieve my car. I could have parked on the multi storey if I wanted that, not “meet & greetâ€. Quite disappointed.

  • Meet and Greet T1 at M&G reception i was told to put my car key in an envelope & remember the lane number but was not given a receipt. I was clearly unhappy when upon return I was informed I had left my receipt at reception as this was incorrect. I then had to wait as the car was blocked in although the staff in this instance were very proactive.

  • Meet and Greet T1 I have booked many a time with BCP and am very satisfied with the service. The costs are on par with getting a taxi and so I prefer to be in control as the process coming in and leaving is super easy. Thanks again.

  • Meet and Greet T1 All satisfactory. There are temporary facilities in place while improvements are made and they worked well though car collection was not as easy as usual, it currently involves using the multi storey car park.

  • Meet and Greet T1 All excellent until it took 15 minutes to exit the car park. Only two lanes for meet-and-greet customers and barriers refusing to raise. Meanwhile, 4 exits for 'paying' customers barely used. Hacked off before we even got to the motorway. Not impressed!

  • Meet and Greet T1 Booking was easy and we had had a positive previous experience however as my wife needs to use a wheelchair now we were disappointed there was no Blue Badge drop off points. The arrival man on reception was very helpful though and told us that upon our return our car would be in a Blue Badge bay & where to collect our key (he even helped us into the terminal). On our return the flight was about 35 minutes early. The key wasn't at the pick up point & we were told to go to the meet&greet car park reception (remember we had 2 cases & my wife was in a manual wheelchair (no help was offered) . We made it there to be advised there was a problem getting cars back.we had to wait until after 1.00am (cold & tired with a 2.5 he journey home) staff were doing their best but looked fed up with the situation! We were told we would receive an apology by phone next day but didn't (we left contact info). We paid extra for meet and greet expecting ease of transition but it proved not to be! Look forward to your response!

  • Meet and Greet T1 i have used 'meet & greet' many times, the new system is a joke. It should not be called 'meet & greet'. Having to wait in a queue for 15 minutes to drop off my keys, then on my return after collecting my keys having to wait for another 15 minutes for the lifts to appear and go to level 13 to collect my car. I'm affraid the service is not good enough.

  • Meet and Greet T1 The collection of the key was a real let down. You only had one person on duty and we had arrived after a long flight from Cyprus that had also been delayed. The one member of staff you had was great and dealt with a couple of problems that customers had with delayed flights and a customer losing his card. All this meant that there was a long queue with maybe a dozen customers. He couldn’t find them on the system so this led to the problem. If there had been another staff member on duty this would have been avoided. We had a long drive to Leicestershire and could have done without the delay as could have all the other customers! I don’t think we will be using your service again.
