• Meet and Greet T1 Brilliant service ! We had s change of flight on the way home and were due to arrive at terminal 3 instead of 1 . We rang the number and the staff were able to change our car to terminal 3 meet and greet for us .we also had a flat battery apparently and your staff had contacted aa who had jump started the car and left it running for 20 mins to get the battery charged . Brilliant service especially after a night flights from USA

• Meet and Greet T1 Licence number recognition didnt work, so took a while to get in. However when our flights were changed they did move the car to a different terminal for us. Did take 3 attempts to get thru on the phone. A contact email would have been useful ti message you whilst we were in New York
