  I may as well have simply parked, in the multi-storey as I seen no evidence of a "Personal" service? i.e. Park you car hand in the keys, Returning; Your car is in bay 2 etc...
  Not, it was waiting outside the reception area!
  What is personal about, handing in your keys, after parking your own car, and doing the same returning!
