• Meet and Greet T1 Everything went perfectly. We do have one suggestion, however. We thought it would be helpful if you could text the driver with the location of their car an hour or so before you expect him/her back, so that instead of us all traipsing to your reception hut, and then all going off to the car, just the driver could go to collect the keys, and the rest of us could go direct to the car. We thought this especially on Monday when we collected our car as it turned out we had all walked past the location of our car and had to go back to it then with all our luggage. It wasn't a very long walk, of course, but it would have been easier not to have to schlepp everyone and all the luggage to the hut and back. Just a small suggestion because in general we think your service is excellent and would not consider parking anywhere else when we travel from Manchester. Keep up the good work.

• Meet and Greet T1 Everything went very smoothly. thank you. Very nice to be greeted by name even at the intercom upon arrival. And, finally, it's hardly BCP's fault that, after two weeks of mid-30's temperatures, we returned to Manchester to have to scrape the car out of ice!

• Meet and Greet T1 It may sound stupid, but I wasn't sure where the entrance was despite the huge M and G sign!! I thought it was a private company. Usually in the past the sign says "Meet and Greet" valet parking. I was able to go around the road network and get into the correct area.
