• Meet and Greet T1 Have used BCP in the past but not for a while as i didnt have a particularly good experience, it seemed to go from perfect to abominable. The system has changed considerably, not as i was expecting but it worked, although the instructions when you arrive with your car need a little more description, has anybody else mentioned that? Staff were friendly and now i know how BCP work i would probably use again.

• Meet and Greet T1 every thing went great, friendly staff and helpful,within 10 minutes of arriving we were in the terminal checking in. Within 10 minutes of coming out of the terminal on our return we were in the car on our way home

• Meet and Greet T1 We would have appreciated the service more if the attendants had told us that the kiosk would have moved location upon our return instead of us have to trundle our luggage to the old kiosk and back again to find the new location. It could have been worse and raining!!

• Meet and Greet T1 I got back from my holiday and you had moved. The sign on the old door said office is located just to the rear. This totaly confused me I found you only when I went into a cabin signposted meet and greet.I could have been informed of the move on my outward journey.

  You get to see your options on the internet and can also talk to the staff on the telephone for guidance and arranging the booking.
  A good all around service.

• Meet and Greet T1 When arrived at meet/greet they had no records of my booking. Fortunately I had copies of transaction. This took up extra time as they had to re-enter my details resulting in me being rushed for check in & duty free shops. It was stated that this often happens with BCP bookings !. Will use BCP again but would suggest you address this problem.

• Meet and Greet T1 Not a bad service dis-appointing that it's not under cover on arrival if raining expect to get wet whilst you go to building to hand in keys and then walk to terminal. Same on arrival back.

• Meet and Greet T1 The meet and greet service is a must for any family with young children. All the hassle of getting coaches from a car park was cut out as we just drive up to the terminal. The staff were helpful and our car was ready waiting for our return. When flying again this is the service we would use

• Meet and Greet T1 When we arrived at Manchester we waited for over ten minutes to get into the car park. The queue backed all along the road. At first we thought that there was a shortage of staff. When we got to the office there must have been six people standing around talking doing nothing. Not a good experience at all. If this is the norm, then it will be our last time to use you.
