• Meet and Greet T1 Parking was very easy, directions given were spot on, just a very short walk to the terminal. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

• Meet and Greet T1 On this occasion things did not go smoothly. Our car was not there when we arrived back at Manchester even though our flight was delayed. The staff were indifferent & not particularly helpfull. We had to wait at 2am for approximatley 30 mins for our car to arrive. Not good when you book meet & greet.

• Meet and Greet T1 On return our vehicle was not ready for collection. We had to wait while someone was despatched to retrieve our vehicle. Some people had been waiting for over an hour for their vehicle to be made available. The reception desk was clearly short staffed and we were told the delays to car returns had been going on for 6 hours.

• Meet and Greet T1 Everything went smoothly. I was pleased as we flew from Terminal One and landed at Terminal two, but our car and key was waitning there for us to collect. The meet and greet is so convenient. To be able to walk across the road, get in your car and drive straight off is a convenience worth paying the little extra for.
