• Multi Storey I returned to Manchester T1 Multi storey car park. The exit gate didn't recognise my vehicle and ended up paying £120 to leave the car park. Spoke to BCP who said I would have to take the issue up with Manchester airport and a number was provided. Still waiting for Manchester airport to contact me re investigation. Can't believe BCP can't resolve this issue for me. Not a happy customer in this occasion.

• Multi Storey All went smooth, though I had to park up top open air. As you drive up floors it would be nice if there was some display of how many vacant spaces there are, otherwise if you dont see a space immediately you just keep driving up. There isnt usually time to drive right around each floor looking for spaces

• Multi Storey BCP organization went very smoothly. Exit from the car park was very quick and easy but you have to allow extra time when parking as the multistory is very busy. Quickest way is to go straight to the roof.
