  • Multi Storey Very unhappy. We paid a lot of money in advance to park on the multi-storey car park. On our arrival it took us 45 minutes to find a parking spot! We were actually at the point of thinking of having to go elsewhere to park. So obviously not very happy at all. Your comments would be appreciated.

    Feel if already paid in front should have a section in the car park for pre paid clients that way you would have a free spot and not just in with every one who just turns up on the day

  • Multi Storey Postcode for terminal building you provided didn't exist - although we booked manchester your confirmation guide was for Gatwick - directions information incorrect and out of date. Very poor and nothing you aren't probably aware of - the postcode changed years ago

  • Multi Storey Firstly the barrier on arrival did not recognize so took a token being the only way to enter. Before departure I spoke to an assistant via the pay station machine to alert them of the matter to be told to report back in on my return. On returning I went back to the pay station to explain the situation to be told I needed to drive to the exit barrier and report the matter which I did to receive no apology just a lifting of the barrier with no explanation. Not a great experience.
