• Multi Storey everything went as plan except the first entry machine being out of order but the attendant was polite and gave precise directions to another entry point and a machine that was in working order I have used bcp in the past and will do in the future

• Multi Storey The only downside, which was minimal, was that the barrier, on entry, did not appear to recognise the vehicle registration number, so had to buzz for assistance. This has happened on the last 2 occasions on 2 different vehicles
