• Multi-storey East Chose the most expensive car park option-multi storey short stay as we had used before and was very pleased. However on return to car (night flight arrived approx 2am) arrived to find official car park van parked on double yellow lines directly behind our car and it took a 10-15 point turn with my wife standing behind the car to get out. Left a note on van to say how stupid and inconsiderate but it will make us think again about choosing this option.

• Multi-storey East All good as usual til we were leaving and it said I owed £556 instead of the £99 that I'd already paid. I'd put a 0 instead of a O for my number plate!! Gentleman on assist call was very good and explained what had been the fault then raised the barrier!! Thank you.
