• Multi-storey East Car park was easy to find, even though Sat Nav sent me wrong way originally. Had a problem on exit that was my own fault but, staff member on duty helped with no problems.

• Multi-storey East Staff very helpful. I'd mistakenly taken a parking token upon my arrival, and 11 days later when I was exiting, the display showed a demand for £480! The guy on the intercom checked my pre-pay booking and explained that since I'd taken a token, the system was treating me as a random parker, hence the huge fee. He cancelled it and away I went. The lesson is: don't take a token, just wait for the number plat recognition to open the barrier. I'd pre-pay for the multi-storey again in future; cheaper than airport taxis, convenient and less wasted time.

• Multi-storey East The signage at the airport around Terminal 2 is confusing with no differentiation made between short stay parking and other parking in the multi-storey carpark. Although I have used this long stay carpark in the past I had to seek clarification that I was in the correct location before entering the multi storey carpark.
