• Multi-storey East New entry terminals at Manchester Airport terminal 2 were a bit confusing - the credit card slot not as obvious, so I mistakenly got an entry token instead. No worries, though, I used the intercom on my return and exited OK.

• Multi-storey East Have used BCP quite a few times over the last few years and have always found the booking process and parking to be hassle free.
  Having just come back from Barbados, having been delayed nearly 24 hours due to the weather in England, I was concerned that additional charges would be incurred for the additional day the car was in the car park, however on our return to M/C a quick call to the attendants and an explaination as to our circumstances, we had pity taken on us and no additional fee was asked for, of which we were extremely grateful. Once again thank you and I will have no hesitation in booking with you again and I will have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

• Multi-storey East Sign posting could be improved closer to the entrance, we missed it the first time around. Automatic detection of car/debit card did not work. Otherwise, the most convenient car park available.

• Multi-storey East Yes I would use this service again, Park up and short walk to terminal 2 could not wish for a better start to a holiday. On return no waiting around when bags have been collected. Straight to car and off, beats waiting around for a bus to collect you when you been on a four hour flight.

The system was meant to use number plate recognotion so that I could just exit the car park, this did not work and as I was not issued with a ticket on entry I had to contact the operators at the barrier delaying my departur.. This is the second time this has happened in less than a year.

• Multi-storey East Locating the entrance to terminal 2 multi-storey car park was not easy. Went around the block 3 times before realising this was sign-posted as short stay. Leaving the car there for 7 days did not register to me as short stay.

• Multi-storey East Everything fine except the ticket machine didn't recognise my debit card, so I pressed the assistance button and gave my booking reference- caused a 1 min delay on way in and out, not a big deal but haven't had that problem on previous occasions.
