• Multi-storey East We always use BCP at Manchester airport - the only problem we had this time was the barrier at terminal two didn't recognise the debit card we had used to book the parking so we had to quote the reference to the very friendly operator. Again we had to do this on exit. This is the first time this has happened and has not put us off booking again - infact we fly to Tenerife on Sept 21 from terminal two ....

• Multi-storey East Everything was good except between me booking and arriving at the car park my debit card was replaced. This meant I could not use the card I made the booking with in the machine. This is inconvenient as you have to then call for assistance. Can something be done to accommodate this on the future?

• Multi-storey East The short stay carpark at Manchester T2 is very busy and we had difficulty finding a parking place. This became more frustrating as we needed to check in for a fight even though we had allowed 2 hours. A dedicated section is required for reserved places.
