• Multi-storey East I booked parking through the contact centre & worker was very helpful & explained parking proces. We opted for the multi-story car park. No problems and easy access to Terminal 2. We have previously acessed BCP & have always been pleased with service.

• Multi-storey East Signs could be better , as ended up on top level of multi storey car park where meet and greet cars are parked and a few cars had done the same so had to reverse to get back causing abit of a problem .

• Multi-storey East Arrived at the car park and the barrier didnt go up. Pressed the help button but no answer answer so had to get a token.
  Emailed BCP and i got a reply saying the barrier has a 80% success rate so should go up on our exit.
  On our exit the barrier didnt go up again so we had to press the help button. The help desk didn’t recognise our registration, our booking reference, or my name.
  We where stuck at the gate for a while while the help desk kept asking the same questions. By that point our 2year old was crying other drivers where getting angry at us. Beeping, shouting, and questioning us through our own window.
  Then they wanted us to pay again so after refusing a number of times he finally opened the barrier.
  This has left a sour taste in our mouths after quiet a stressful trip with our two year old being ill

• Multi-storey East The directions as we got onto the airport were a bit sketchy and we ended going up the ramp to the meet and greet. The signage is not clear or your directions which my be due to the redevelopment works. We had to ask a member of the airport staff who directed us. The ramp you directed us onto is inside the car park so not evident from outside.
